Had this man out to look at a leak in my roof came and solved the problem very tidy and left a very good gob very happy with the him and his work
Had dk&n (William) out to re-slate my entire roof after getting multiple 'mad' quotes from other roofers on here he was a little cheaper but in no way inferior as his work speaks for itself. A really great job and a sound fella will definitely be keeping his number for future jobs and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks again William
As the title says I'm so happy to have found an honest tradesman in Derry, they all seem to be out to make a quick buck but not William @ dkandn who was a true gent who fixed my roof at little cost as it was coming upto Xmas and said he didn't want me paying too much this close to it. Super guy and excellent tradesman. I wish him all the best :)
I had some real cowboys before and William was refreshing in his approach and standing over his work. Went throught and explained everything about the leak from lose tiles and a bit of leading, talked me through each process, even asked me to up the ladder for a look and showed me everything he was doing. Honest, efficient, reliable and very reasonable. Very few 'tradesmen' in this town i'd recommend as 2 previously couldn't fix this this problem including Martin Brothers who were useless and expensive, but I would recommend and use William at DK & N again. An extremely satisfyed customer. He also cleaned & tidyed up after himself and didn't even leave a nail behind :-)
Came on time, finished when he said he would and didn't cost an arm and a leg so all in all excellent. What more could you ask for!
