I’ve been visiting the room now for around 12/13 years and can’t fault it! The staff are lovely and I always love my hair afterwards! It’s a super comfortable environment with tea and coffee offered to you numerous time each visit! I’ve been there for many occasions and loved my hair each and every time. I’ve also gone from natural colours/dark hair to blonde/pastel shades and my hairs in great condition the girls here really know what their doing. I always get compliments on my hair after each appointment and I couldn’t go anywhere else!
Got a haircut in The Room a few months back, paid £30 or so to get a wash, cut and blow dry and then curled. The hairdresser did a "double cut". I had been growing my hair for years, was very long and she put short layers into it with no in between layers. So was left with 2 uneven and very different haircuts at different lengths, it looked dreadful and haven't been able to wear it straight. Went to a different hairdresser today and she told me just how bad it was. She showed me that it was cut bent. It looked like extensions. Had to get my hair cut to my shoulders to fix the problem. Can't believe I paid for such a bad hair cut. I'll never be back!
